repository! This project is sponsored by the
National Functional
Genomics Center and is located at the
H. Lee Moffitt Cancer
Center and Research Institute. We are investigating the
idea of translational bioinformatics, in which computing can
be used ultimately as a tool for medicine by transforming
raw, biological data into clinically useful outcomes.
Many of the software packages developed in conjunction
with our research interests are made available here under an
open license for public use. For more information on a
